At Lockster, we want you to have a great experience with our products. If you need to request a return, replacement, or refund, please read our policies below. These apply to orders within the United States. By placing an order on the Lockster website, you agree to these terms.
Product Usage Guidelines
Our products are made with strong materials and undergo thorough inspections to ensure quality. However, they are not indestructible. Please use the products according to the instructions and warnings provided.
Important Notes
- Measurement Confirmation: Ensure you check product dimensions before purchasing. Returns for size differences will not be accepted. For any questions, contact our customer care team.
- Functionality Claims: We do not accept returns based on functionality claims outside of what is specified in the product description and FAQs. Please review these details before purchasing.

30-Day Return Policy
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Eligibility: You must notify us within 5 days of delivery if the product does not fulfill your expectations or is damaged at arrival. Misunderstandings about offers do not qualify for returns.
- Condition: The item must be in new condition, in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. No returns for products that are broken or scratched due to misuse.
- Missing Box, Missing Refund: Products won't qualify for refunds without their original packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- International Orders: For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including those related to replacements, exchanges, or refunds. Lockster does not cover international shipping fees under any circumstances.
- Restocking Fee: A $10 restocking fee will be charged for all returns to cover the handling and inspection of the returned items.
- Inspection Fees: If returned items have scratches, missing pieces (e.g., accessories), or do not match the proof provided by the customer, a fee of 25% will be charged for the first penalty. Returns with more than one penalty will be charged 20% per penalty. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the product upon receipt and determine any applicable fees.
- Timeframe: Products must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
- Process: Contact us at support@lockster.us with the subject "RETURN + ORDER NUMBER" and include a photo or video of the issue. We will provide return instructions if eligible.
- Return Form Requirement: A return form is required for all returns. Once you contact us, we will provide a return form that must be included in your return package. Returns without this form will incur a 25% fee deducted from your refund like a first penalty.
Once you're authorized for return, please make sure to ship the items back to us within 3 days and send proof of it, to keep our process on track and to avoid delays or rejection in your process.
Return and Refund Conditions
- Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original box.
- We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse or extreme testing. Broken products won't qualify for any refund.
- Once received, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days, minus any applicable fees (restocking or inspection).
- The 1-Year Warranty and shipping fees are not refundable.
Replacement Policy
If you purchased the Lockster 1-Year Warranty, you are covered for replacements due to defects within 365 days.
Conditions for Replacement:
- Must notify us within 3 or 14 days of delivery for internal or software issues.
- Replacements must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must not be physically damaged or broken due to misuse.
- Pre-paid shipping labels for replacements for dissatisfaction will only be provided if reported within 24 hours. After this time, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
- International Orders: International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with replacements.
BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Policy
- BOGO orders are FINAL sale and do not qualify for return for refunds.
- Free products in BOGO offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except for factory defects.
- 1-Year Warranty only covers one (1) product.
- Discount codes do not apply to BOGO orders.
Order Changes, Cancellations, and Shipping Issues
You may request to change or cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it. However, please note that all requests are handled based on availability and response time. If we are experiencing a high volume of messages, we may not be able to process your request within that window. In such cases, once the order has shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return request.
Lockster is not responsible for any incorrect addresses entered by the customer. We will not provide any refunds if the order has already been shipped. Please ensure your address information is correct before placing your order. If you did not pay for insured shipping or the warranty, you must resolve the issue directly with USPS.
Carriers are responsible for the delivery of orders. To request a replacement for a lost or stolen package, you must open a ticket with USPS and provide their confirmation. USPS Missing Mail.
