At Lockster, we want to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We'll always keep you informed via email.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Lockster. Actual delivery may vary based on location and carrier conditions.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International orders are subject to:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer
- Longer delivery times (typically 10–25 business days depending on the destination)
- Potential customs delays beyond our control
Important: Lockster does not cover international shipping fees for returns, replacements, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. International customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the carrier's tracking page or through your Lockster account.
If your tracking information hasn't updated within 5 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lockster is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your package is missing:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Open a ticket with USPS at USPS Missing Mail
- Provide us with the USPS confirmation to request a replacement
If you did not purchase insured shipping or the warranty, you must resolve delivery issues directly with USPS.
Incorrect Address
Lockster is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We cannot issue refunds for orders already shipped to an incorrect address.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request to change or cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it. After that window, or once the order has shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. You will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return request per our Refund Policy.
